Return Window
You may initiate a return within 7 days from the delivery date.
Eligibility
Items must be in new, unworn, and undamaged condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.
Accessories, authenticity cards, and any additional items that came with the product must be returned.
Fragrances and beauty products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Any personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at info@houseofmarchi.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and documents.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item to our designated return address, which will be provided when you obtain your RA number.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Processing
Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be accepted, and the item will be returned to the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 24H after the successful inspection of the returned item.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement or refund.
